1. PAYMENT

All payments are due in EURO.

Since you're able to select "Euro" as sending currency at PayPal,
all payments are due in Euro. No other currencies please!

2. SHIPPING & HANDLING

It is shown at the bottom of the site "Store Policies", but will also be shown in your Shopping Cart!

4. How to place an ORDER BELOW MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT

Please look up our Minimum Order Amount here -> Store Policies! You will find it at the bottom of that page and it may be changed from time to time. Therefore it is also shown within your shopping cart and is apparent before ordering! This value refers to the total value of parts without shipping costs.

LOT LIMIT for orders below Minimum Order Amount:
If you place an order below Minimum Order Amount, we will (in addition to the shipping costs!) surcharge 0,50 Euro from the 6th lot and each lot beyond!

We do NOT ACCEPT orders below 20 Euro!

There will be no surcharge for orders with order amount above Minimum Order Amount! Of course you will have to pay our shipping & handling costs: see our shipping policy pages!

To place an order below minimum order amount you will have to ask us for a bypass password (if not already shown on our Splash Page)!

5. INSURANCE OF ORDERS OF GREAT VALUE

Orders of value 100 Euro or more will only be shipped as registered letter (insured value 20 Euro)
or as parcel including insurance (insured value max. 500 Euro).

Non-European orders: Orders of value 1,000 Euro or more will be split split into several parcels
containing no more value than 1,000 Euro each (insured value max. 500 Euro each).

To gain full insurance your order has to be split into several parcels containing no more value than 500 Euro each.

Full insurance is not possible for letters and for this reason starts at 1kg maximum weight!

So please look up shipping costs for this or ask us before placing an order!

6. PACKING TIME

Please NOTE: To PACK and to SHIP your order may take regularly 3 – 6 business days AFTER your payment has been RECEIVED, but in some rare cases it may last UP TO 2 WEEKS.
Always we pack and ship a.s.a.p., so we try to ship faster! And mostly we make it!
But PLEASE don't urge speed! We don't want to be pushed!
We pack IN ORDER OF received payments.
And please do not complain about this packing & shipping time, since you know it now!
We are also not responsible for the time the parcel needs to reach you!
